| メッセージ | まず始めに、自分が愛しているバスケットボールを通して日本という素晴らしい国に戻れることをとても嬉しく思っています。 徳島ガンバロウズの初代ヘッドコーチに選ばれたことはとても光栄です。 立ち上げからチームを優勝に向け、作り上げていくのがなにより楽しみです。 ディフェンス面では一丸となって必死に守り、オフェンス面ではしっかりとボールシェアをして、楽しいアップテンポなチームになれればと期待しています。 目標はアシスト数でリーグトップに立つこと。そして、ディフェンスではリーグ屈指のチームになること。我々らしいバスケをいち早く確立していきたいと思っています。 キャンプ初日からの目標は「勝者のカルチャー作り」です。 高い意識を持って、どんなことがあっても努力を惜しまず、みんなのために戦う姿勢です。 育成を重視して、結果だけでなく、過程を大事にしていきたいと思っています。 みなさんに楽しいバスケをお見せして、初年度からB3優勝とB2昇格を目指していきます。 さらに、地域のコミュニティと密に触れ合って、徳島ガンバロウズが徳島県民のみなさんに誇りに思ってもらえるよう、精一杯頑張ります！ ----- First and foremost, I am blessed to be able to return to this beautiful country to do what I love for another season. Being named the first Head Coach in the franchise’s history is something I am proud of, and I am excited about the opportunity to build a championship team from the ground up. We want to be a fast-paced uptempo team that prides itself on playing great team defense and sharing the ball on offense. Our goal is to lead the league in assists and be one of the best defensive teams in the league. We want to have our style of play easily identifiable to the fans of Tokushima and other teams around the B.League. The goal from Day 1 is to establish a championship culture and mindset that is rooted from hard work and team work. We want to install a top tier player development program, create an entertaining and free-flowing offense that the fans of Tokushima will come to enjoy and be proud of and make the B3 Playoffs and put ourselves in a position to compete for the B3 title and promotion to B2. We also look forward to creating ties and relationships within the local community and embody the meaning of the GAMBAROUS slogan. |
